In Fine Print is a printer by name, but so much more by trade. From the world-class printing machinery that we use to the graphic design and digital marketing services we offer, we’re proud to say that we are always looking at what’s next for our business and how to make it bigger and better than yesterday. With endless innovation, we’re constantly evolving.
Although, this successful, family-run business did start with humble beginnings. Founded in the 1970s by a gentleman with a small printing shop on George Street in Liverpool NSW, In Fine Print was the local go-to print shop known by many in the community. Printing at the time had limited technology and would only handle black ink or black and the choice of one other colour. Nevertheless, the shop was kept busy with supplying the town’s orders.

Fast-forward to 2006 and the gentleman was looking to retire. In came marketing specialist, Phyllis Scarfone. Phyllis, having been Sales Manager at Liverpool City Champion and Fairfield City Champion, brought her vast newspaper expertise and advertising skills to the printing business – she bought In Fine Print and kept the legacy of its name.
Upholding In Fine Print’s valuable reputation, Phyllis wanted the business to soar even more and gave the brand a refresh with a new logo that represents the expansion and growth of the company. She then researched into the latest printing technology, bringing in full-colour presses and implementing other services such as graphic design.
Having loyal clients and always providing for their ever-changing needs, In Fine Print has continuously sought after new products and services to offer. With this drive, we have developed mechanisms for production to be exquisite and delivery to be faster than ever before. In Fine Print use state-of-the-art machinery that produces accurate colours and can print on just about any material; vinyl, acrylic, foam, corflute and so much more.
Unlike many online sites, we are proud to say that we complete all jobs locally in Australia. And unlike many franchises, we can offer an impressive turnaround time and guarantee communication throughout the process.
Because of the passion brought into this family-run business, In Fine Print is approaching an incredible milestone of 40 years of success. It’s due to our care we put into every product we produce and deliver. We offer our customers a service that’s second to none. Thanks to our dedicated and hardworking team from sales, pre-press, press operators, finishing people, all down through to delivery, we have magic happen from the beginning to the end of each job.

Director of In Fine Print
Phyllis Scarfone is the Director of Infine Print. Phyllis has over 25 years of experience in print and newspaper advertising, and is a specialist in marketing and public relations. Her wealth of knowledge comes from her time spent working at Fairfax Media & Newscorp in the roles of Sales Manager for newspapers such as Liverpool City Champion, Fairfield City Champion, St George & Sutherland Leader, Blacktown Sun, Penrith Sun, and Manager of the Liverpool Leader.

Phyllis is a business-savvy woman whose passion in marketing and helping businesses succeed in their industry, led her to purchasing In fine Print in 2006. Phyllis expanded the service with her team that now offers both traditional printing products to graphic design and digital marketing. Both Phyllis and her husband love being involved in the community and support local charities. Playing an active part in raising awareness for women’s cancer, Phyllis is also on the board of The Eggtober Foundation and along with her husband is supporters of the Liverpool Greenway Rotary Club.

ABOUT JACQUI URSINO SCARFONE
Sales & Graphic Design Coordinator
Jacqui Scarfone is the Head of Graphic Design at In Fine Print and oversees the Creative, Sales and Digital Marketing departments. Being the daughter of Phyllis Scarfone, Jacqui grew up in the print media environment and had an itch for it from a young age. She had an interest in the elements of graphic design and its endless possibilities. Even through Jacqui’s school years her art teacher recognised her talent and passion in the creative world and encouraged her to do some work experience, in the print & creative industry, and she did.

Pursuing her career, Jacqui is a qualified Designer and obtain her Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design as well as Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media. Joining the family business in 2010, Jacqui’s expertise in graphic design has helped shape the business by providing innovative and unique designs and brand needs for the In Fine Print team and clients. Jacqui’s vision and goals is to provide clients to be the best version of themselves and giving them an edge amongst competitors. She has also contributed to the growing vision of In Fine Print by bringing in digital marketing services such as SEO and geofencing, creative services, social media management and content writing.
